Mary Blair Murphy and Robert Ford Herron were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held May 19, 2012, at the Olde Gahanna Sanctuary in Gahanna.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Ellen Murphy of Gahanna. Parents of the groom are attorney Robert and Diana Herron of Salem and Dr. James and Angela Garvey Milligan of Lake Milton. He is the grandson of Lois Herron, Ruth Garvey and Pat Milligan, all formerly of Salem, as well as Dwayne and Jeane Moore of Salem.
Caitlin Murphy served her sister as maid of honor and Stephanie Messmer was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Capparuccini, Tasha Konkle, Stacy Wolken and sister of the groom, Carson Herron.

Rex Rager served as the groom's best man. Grooms-men were Mike Woods, Ian Barkdull and Daren Sowers.
A reception was held immediately after the ceremony at the Taylor Mansion in Columbus.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Herron are both graduates of The Ohio State University.
She is employed as a senior sales coordinator by Alliance Data at Easton in Columbus.
He is a graduate of Mathews High School in Vienna, is a certified financial planner and is employed by Nationwide Insurance in Columbus as a retirement specialist.
Following a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple resides in Gahanna.
