Gordon and Floye Myers of Delaware, Ohio, celebrated their 50th anniversary at a family weekend at Mohican Cabins.
The couple were married Oct. 20, 1962, at the Presbyterian Church in Kinsman. The Revs. Ralph Thompson and Donald Hatch officiated.
Gordon was a lifelong dairy farmer in Vernon and owned and operated Hilwood Farm. Floye was a hairdresser for 41 years, retiring in 2010.

They sold their farm and moved to Delaware to be near their daughters, Lori (Michael) Woodford and Amy (Kevin) McCreight, and their son, Master Sgt. Mark (Christina) Myers of Quantico,Va. They also have four grandchildren.
They will spend the winter months in Zephyhills, Fla.
