NILES - Betty Jane Miller, 85, of Niles, died Saturday morning, Oct. 27, 2012, at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles.
She was born Feb. 20, 1927, in Warren, the daughter of the late Richard and Myrtle Mawby Reese. She had been a lifetime Niles resident.
Betty was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School and was a homemaker all of her married life. She enjoyed playing cards and bridge, golfing and shopping.

She is survived by two daughters, Nancy (John) Tricomi of Niles and Sally A. Miller of Howland; one son, Richard (Tracy) Miller of Howland; and four grandsons, Christopher and Matthew Tricomi and Brandon and Zachary Miller.
Her husband George A. Miller, whom she married Oct. 1, 1950, preceded her in death in 2007. One sister, Audrey Wynn, also preceded her in death.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Niles Chapel, 415 Robbins Ave., where the family will receive friends for a half-hour prior to the service. Pastor G. Ben Reed will officiate.
Burial will be at Niles City Cemetery.
