WARREN - Kathlynn "Kathi" Stottlemire, 61, of Warren, passed away peacefully Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at University Hospital in Cleveland.
Kathi was born on Sept. 2, 1951, in Warren, the daughter of John and Pearl Knepper Yingling.
A lifelong resident of Warren, she graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in 1969 and went on to graduate at the top of her class from Choffin Nursing School.

On Feb. 14, 1977, she married Herbert Stottlemire, the couple spent 35 wonderful years together.
Kathi worked as a nurse for more than 25 years at Renaissance North Healthcare. She enjoyed playing blackjack and bowling. She also loved to deal Lia Sophia Jewelry and 31 Handbags. Above all, she cherished her family and the time she spent with them.
She has left to cherish her memory her husband, Herbert Lewis Stottlemire; her daughter, Kimberly (John) Beegle; her sons, Brian (Selena) Stottlemire and Daniel (Joanna) Stottlemire; her precious grandchildren, Jon, Sierra, David, Noah and Victoria Stottlemire; her siblings, John Yingling of Brandon, Miss., Nancy (Jim) Craft of Bristol, Ind., David (Kathy) Yingling of Niles and Lori (Skip) Gooden of Del Rio, Texas; and her beloved pets, Joe and China.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pearl; her father-in-law, Harry Stottlemire; her mother-in-law, Lou Stottlemire; her brother, Rick Yingling; and her granddaughter, Ashley Jane, whom she lovingly called her "Little Peanut."
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Kathi's name to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
