BOARDMAN - Peter T. Pernotto, 90, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012.
He was born March 20, 1922, in Youngstown, the son of Angelo and Marie Antoinette Colucci Pernotto.
He retired from the Hynes Steel Co. and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

He was a member of St. Patrick and St. Dominic Church.
Survivors include three children, Bernadette Pernotto, with whom he made his home, Col. Edward ''Teddy'' Pernotto of Arlington, Va., and Geniene Pernotto of Boardman; two brothers, identical twin Andrew Pernotto of Canfield and Michael Pernotto of Austintown; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, RoseMarie Taormina Pernotto, a sister and five brothers.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Monday at St. Dominic Church, preceded by a 12:15 p.m. prayer service at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, Boardman. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
