HAUNTED HAYRIDES TO HELP PARK: The ''After Dark in the Park'' haunted hayride will be held at 7 p.m. to midnight today and Saturday at LaBrae Athletic Club ballfields. Admission is $8 and parking is free.
The event is being sponsored by Project Be Somebody, which is planning to complete the second phase of the playground at Banks Park in Braceville. The organization is holding events raise $13,000.
The 7 p.m. hayride is not scary.
CHURCH HOSTS LEADERSHIP EVENT: New Jerusalem Fellowship, 2555 Palmyra Road, Warren, will present a ''Leadership Dynamics for the 21st Century'' seminar and workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. Donation is $5.
