NELSON - Wilbur L. "Wilbie" Fields, 53, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at his home. A cause of death is pending.
He was born Feb. 16, 1959, in Columbus, the son of George W. and Loretta F. Fields.
He was a security guard at Thermal Link in Garrettsville.

Survivors include his wife, Angela K. Fields, and his sisters, Georgetta L. Adkins Hills, Debra S. Bragg, Rhonda K. Webb and Elaine Overstreet.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Christ Covenant Church, Middlefield.
