WARREN - Sheila M. Jones, 47, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at Lake Vista Care Center in Cortland following a lengthy illness.
Sheila was born June 12, 1965, in Warren, the daughter of Richard and Maxine A. Choate Lavalliere.
She was an administrator at Kiddie Day Care Center and Preschool and was a member of Cortland Trinity Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Maxine A. Lavalliere of Vienna; daughters, Brittany M. Shook and Lyndsey M. Jones, both of Warren; brothers, Richard Lavalliere Jr., Allen Lavalliere and Terry Lavalliere, all of Vienna; sisters, Sandy Cruz of Niles and Paula Lavalliere of Cortland; and one grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, where funeral services will be 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna. Arrangements are handled by Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
