HERMITAGE, Pa. - Michael J. Vadala, 37, died at 1:47 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, in the Cleveland Clinic after a battle with amyloidosis.
Michael was born July 15, 1975, in Sharon, Pa., the son of Rocco L. and Marian Lazor Vadala.
He worked for Keystone Adolescent Center Inc., Greenville and was a life member of Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann's Church, Farrell, Pa.
He leaves his mother, Marian Vadala, with whom he lived; and two brothers, Rocco Vadala Jr. of Brookfield and Dean Vadala of Hermitage.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., in Sharon.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann's Church, Farrell, Pa., preceded by 9:45 a.m. prayers in the funeral home.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hermitage.
