Lori M. Brown and Shawn O. Murphy were united in marriage during a beachside wedding ceremony held Sept. 2, 2012, at Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Fla.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Bon Apetit Restaurant in Dunedin.
The bride is the daughter of Christine and Larry Brown of Aurora, formerly of Warren. Parents of the groom are Judy and Michael Murphy of Toledo.

The bride is the granddaughter of the late Sophia and William Prindle, formerly of Bristolville, and the late Rebecca and Robert Brown, formerly of Warren.
Julie Brown attended the bride as maid of honor, while Vickie Henderson and Rachel Myer served as bridesmaids. Luna Brown, Maddie Murphy, Isabella Brown and Mikayla Brown were flower girls.
Performing the duties of best man was Michael Murphy. Groomsmen were Casey Brown and Scott Brown. Nicolas Lopez and Cameron Murphy served as ring bearers.
The new Mrs. Murphy graduated from Aurora High School and attended Lakeland College and Ohio State University. She is a registered nurse with the University Hospital Systems.
Mr. Murphy attended Toledo University. He is a Medic at MetroHealth Hospital in Cleveland.
Following a honeymoon in Florida, the couple resides in Streetsboro.
