WARREN - Sally S. Cykon, 72, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
Sally was born July 2, 1940, in Warren, the daughter of John and Mildred Jones Kapp.
She worked for General Dynamics in California.
Sally leaves behind her husband, Thomas Cykon of Warren; a son, Michael of Fowler; a grandson; a brother, Jack Kapp of Howland; and a sister, Linda Vennetti of Howland.
Cremation will take place and there will be no services, per Sally's request.
Arrangements are entrusted to McFarland & Son Funeral and Cremation Services Company, Warren.
