WARREN - Darwin James "Jim" Whetstone, 75, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Briarfield at the Ridge.
He was born May 31, 1937, in Niles, the son of Francis and Mary Smith Whetstone.
He was a member of the 60+ Ministry of Canton and served in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include three brothers, Arthur of Mineral Ridge, Frank of Niles and Roy of Mineral Ridge; and a sister, Genevive Shelley of Mineral Ridge.
Per Jim's request, there will be no calling hours or services. Cremation will take place.
Arrangements were handled by Whetstone Funeral Home, Niles.
