WARREN - Elizabeth R. Masika, 88, passed away Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at St. Joseph Health Center.
She was born June 25, 1924, in Warren, the daughter of Mike and Anna Spletzer Molcan.
Elizabeth retired from Geauga Industries in 1990, after working there for 25 years. She was of the Catholic faith.

Her husband, Michael Masika, whom she married Sept. 13, 1952, passed away Dec. 20, 1987.
She leaves her loving family, two daughters, Michelle R. (James) Hoon Jr. of Warren and Paula K. (Matt) Rosine of Hubbard; three grandchildren, Joshua Miller of California, Megan (Bill) Feigert of Arizona and Bryan Rosine of Cleveland; and a stepgranddaughter, Carly Hoon of Warren.
Besides her husband and parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by four sisters, three half brothers and a half sister.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Sinchak and Sons Funeral Home, preceded by a visiting hour one hour before the service. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, material tributes may be made to SS. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, 180 Belvedere N.E., Warren, OH 44483.
