Ohio Edison officials said they expect to have power restored to about 8,000 customers in Austintown and Youngstown by 1 p.m. today.
Mark Durbin,spokesman, said a squirrel got into a substation at 3710 Mahoning Ave. S.W. in Younsgtown knocking the power out, leaving about 6,000 customers in Austintown and 2,000 in Youngstown without power since around 10 a.m.
