AUSTINTOWN - Reliant Packaging Inc. has relocated from Mineral Ridge to a larger facility in Austintown to accommodate a growing business.

Company President Robert J. Teter said the new location will allow for expanded growth and hopefully more hires in the future. He said he hopes eventually to expand his small company of five employees to as many as 50, including warehouse and office workers.

The new company is hosting an open house and ribbon cutting beginning at 11 a.m. Friday at the new location, 120 Victoria Road, Austintown. The facility has more than 50,000 square feet of space that includes 38,000 square feet of warehouse space plus office, docks and a workshop.

"Our business has been growing steadily since our inception in 2009,'' Teter said. Reliant deals in distribution of corrugated boxes, manufactured to customer specifications, warehoused locally and delivered in 24 hours or less.
