WARREN - Jeremy "Jay Jay" Cole, 21, of 130 Roberts Ave. N.W., died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital due to a gunshot wound.
Jeremy was born April 3, 1991, in Warren, the son of Larry L. Cole Sr. and Wanda M. Cole.
He was employed by Career Advantage.

Survivors include his father and mother of Warren; stepfather, Terry Hinzy of Warren; five brothers, Larry L. Cole Jr., William T. Cole, James R. Dennison, Michael Kuntz and Joshua Kuntz, all of Warren; six sisters, Amanda Fortsch, Tabatha Dennison, Karena Dennison, Amy Dennison, Becky Cole and Wanda Cole, all of Warren; grandmother, Mildred Cole of Warren; and grandfather, Charles Alfred and Mary Nice of West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Cole; and grandmother, Betty L. Nice.
Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wellington Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
