WARREN - Heather Justine Balas, 24, passed away peacefully of an accidental death in her father's home in Greensboro, N.C., on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, where she was temporarily residing.
Heather was born Jan. 5, 1988, in Warren, the daughter of Kimberly Renee and Michael ''Mick'' Patrick Balas Sr., both of Warren.
As Heather wished, cremation took place at 12:15 p.m. Thursday in Greensboro.

Private burial will take place Monday in Pineview Cemetery.
