Jerry and Diane Humenik celebrated their 50th anniversary at a dinner party Sept. 2, 2012, at Roby Lee's Restaurant. The event was hosted by Jill and Keith Gunther.
The couple renewed their wedding vows officiated by the Rev. Leo Wehrlin. Nancy Bator and Edward Miner, two members of the original bridal party, along with 60 guests witnessed the exchange of vows.
Jerry Humenik and the former Diane Roberts were married July 21, 1962, by the Rev. Bernard Vacca at Christ Our King Church in Warren.

They have two children, Jeff Humenik and Jill (Keith) Gunther. They also have five grandchildren.
Jerry is a retired meat manager and Diane is a retired meat wrapper. They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, as well as traveling, fishing and gambling.
They are planning an extended vacation next fall.
