WARREN - Sally Ann Douglas, 78, passed away peacefully Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at her residence with her family at her side.
She was born Dec. 30, 1933, in Warren, the daughter of Arthur and Kathryne Harris.
She will be dearly missed by her son, Kenneth (Cheryl) Douglas of Warren; three daughters, Pam (Roy) Mederer of Champion, Rosanne Wiczen of Mineral Ridge and Kathryne Douglas of Warren; two brothers, Arthur Harris Jr. and William Harris; four grandchildren, Ashley (Matthew) Simunich, and Aaron, Zachery, and Abigail Wiczen, two great-grandchildren; Ryan and Addison Simunich; and her dog, Melody.

Sally was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Denver P. Douglas, whom she married on May 29, 1954, and her dog, Lady.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Roberts Clark Chapel. Friends will be received from noon until the time of the service. The Rev. Bernard Schmalzried will officiate.
