WARREN - Victor R. Wolfe, 72, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at the Hospice House in Poland from lung cancer.
He was born July 6, 1940, in Bloomingburg, the son of the late Theodore L. and Dorothy Birchfield Wolfe.
He worked as a motor inspector at WCI for 33 years until his retirement. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Victor was a member of the Farm Bureau and was an avid 4H supporter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming, as well as raising horses.
He is survived by four sons, Victor L. (Barbara) Wolfe of North Jackson, James L. (Lorrie Dietz) Wolfe of Southington, Philip L. (Julie) Wolfe of Champion and Daniel L. (Amanda) Wolfe of Berlin Heights; seven grandchildren and siblings, Teddy Wolfe of Colorado, Gary Wolfe, Pam Weber of Southington, Beverly Frabotta of Florida and Barbara Tankersly of Springfield.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Lewis Wolfe, whom he married June 17, 1961, and who passed away April 24, 2003; and four brothers and sisters.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Pastor Jim George will officiate. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions be made to the 4H Equine Saddle Horse Program in Mahoning or Trumbull counties in his memory.
