BOARDMAN - Richard James Hart, 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Saint Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.
Richard was born Jan. 14, 1929, in Boardman, the son of Ernest Karl and Mary Elizabeth McPhillips Hart.
He retired as a sales representative for the Phoenix Advertising Co., and was a member of Saint Luke Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, the former Niaomi D. Ferguson; two sons, David J. Hart of Buffalo, N.Y., and Raymond R. Hart of Miami; a brother, Robert Hart of Boardman; and a sister, Janet Cook of Hockessin, Del.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman, and one hour prior the service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint Luke Catholic Church, 5235 South Ave., Boardman.
