The Trumbull County 911 Center is asking people to call its non-emergency number lines because of a glitch with Century Link's fiber optic telephone lines across the state, a supervisor at the county's 911 center said.
Residents who need emergency assistance are asked to call 330-675-2730.
The malfunction is affecting Warren as well, and residents should call Warren police's non-emergency number at 330-841-2512.
