WARREN - Juanita L. Stephens, 75, entered into rest at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at St. Joseph Health Center following a brief illness.
Juanita was born April 10, 1937, in Albany, Ga., the daughter of Albert and Maggie Wright Stephens.
She was employed as an assembler with the Ohio Lamp Corp. She was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Warren.

Survivors include her sons, Van Nelson of Warren, Tyrone Nelson of Columbus and Curtis McKellar of Fort Wayne, Ind.; daughters, Rhedonda Nelson and Anitra Dotson, both of Columbus; brothers, Albert Stephens Jr. of Albany, Ga., and Arthur Stephens of Fort Mill, S.C.; sisters, Fanny Miller of Albany, Ga., Molly Martin of Columbus, Betty McKinney of Albany, Ga., and Sonja Battles of Albany, Ga.; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vivian Nelson May; and two sisters.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eastside Church of Christ in Warren, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. The family also will receive friends at 2955 Melgren Drive S.W., Warren.
Burial will follow in Pine Knoll Cemetery in Warren Township.
Arrangements were made by the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
