BOARDMAN - Delores A. Romanski, 78, died at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, at Beeghly Oaks in Boardman.
She was born July 29, 1934, in Warren, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Hatala Patrone.
Delores was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She had done makeup and modeling for Strouss' in downtown Warren and also worked for Turney's Department Store and Revco / CVS drug stores. Delores enjoyed decorating and fashion, and she loved animals.
Delores will be sadly missed by two children, Robert V. Romanski of Champion and Patricia A. Romanski of Boardman, with whom she made her home; a brother, Joseph (Rosemarie) Patrone of Boynton Beach, Fla.; and two sisters, Rosalind Grodesky and Mary Ann Flaviano, both of Warren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Jeffery Stealey officiating. Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery, Cortland.
