KERNERSVILLE, N.C. - Mary Frances "Fran" Jones, 80, formerly of Girard, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, N.C.
She was born May 25, 1932, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Ann Miller.
Fran was a homemaker and a member of St. Rose Church in Girard.
Survivors include two sons, Dominic Zizzo and William F. Jones, both of Kernersville; a stepdaughter, Geri O'Connell of Girard; two sisters, Karen Gruber of Boardman and Patty Klim of Poland; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Jones Sr.; a son, Michael Jones; and two brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Rose Church, preceded by a 9:30 a.m. prayer service at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
Interment will take place in Girard City Cemetery.
