NILES - Harold E. "Punk" Bissell, 75, of Wyoming Avenue, died at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mr. Bissell was born July 16, 1937, in Niles, the son of Harold and Ellen Whitmarsh Bissell.
He had owned and operated the City Service Full Service Gas Station and was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by his wife, the former Barbara J. Robison; a son, David H. Bissell of Howland; a daughter, Debra L. Danko of Aurora, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Robert P. McDermott Memorial Home and for one half-hour prior to the service at the church.
