YOUNGSTOWN - Joyce Ann Rager, 55, died Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Health Center following a long illness.
She was born Sept. 16, 1956, in Youngstown, the daughter of Randall and Brenda Miller Hilbert.
Joyce was an instructor at Victor George Academy in Youngstown.

Survivors include her mother, Brenda Miller of Canfield; two daughters, Sarah G. Martin and Samantha J. Rager, both of Austintown; two brothers, Randy Hilbert of Austintown and Kevin Hilbert of Youngstown; three sisters, Kelly Hilbert of Canfield, Kim Geidner of Austintown and Michele Socha of Lake Milton; and three grandchildren.
Besides her father, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Edward John Rager.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Thompson Funeral Home in Boardman. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
