YOUNGSTOWN - Sally Zalovcik, 58, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012.
She was born July 20, 1954, in Youngstown, the daughter of Bibiano and Elisa Sequi Rodriguez.
Sally was a member of Victory Christian Church.

Survivors include her father; three sons, Joshua Zalovcik, Ethan Zalovcik and James Rivera; three sisters, Gladys Rodriguez, Elizabeth Rosenberg and Carmen Flores, all of Youngstown; five brothers, Pablo Medina of Puerto Rico, John Colon of McDonald, Viviano Rodriguez of Campbell, Irving Rodriguez of Brookfield and William Rodriguez of Virginia, and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, a grandson and a brother.
There will be a memorial service held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home in Boardman. Friends may call from noon to 1:20 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
