CANFIELD - Sam W. Speziale, 64, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012.
Sam was born April 8, 1948, in Youngstown, the son of the late Sam Speziale and Maxine Wooten Speziale-Ritzert.
Sam served in the United States Army and had been employed at General Motors in Lordstown.

Survivors include his wife, Jean Speziale; three children, Sam of Boardman, Jeanne of Austintown and Sherry Land of Independence, Ky.; one brother, Joseph, six grandchildren and a great-grandson.
Besides his parents, Sam was preceded in death by a sister and an infant brother.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
