ORANGEVILLE - Hester Wilson, 89, passed away Sunday morning, Aug. 12, 2012, at Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon, Pa.
She was born May 28, 1923, in Sharon, the daughter of Norman W. and Dorothy Lindsay Miller.
She was a workshop specialist for the Fairhaven School for 19 years, retiring in 1986.

She was a member of Orangeville United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women of the church and a choir member.
She has a daughter, Kimberly (Tim) Bonar of Gustavus; four sons, Ronald and Carole Wilson, both deceased, Richard (Mary Lou) Wilson of Orangeville, Robert Wilson of Stoneville, N.C., and his partner, Allen, deceased, and Randall Wilson, deceased; five grandchildren, Beth and Ronda Wilson, and Maggie, Tyler and Tessa Bonar; four great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Myers, Trevor Wilson, and Taylor and Joey Rivera; two sisters, Martha Conners of California and Jean Scharba, deceased; and a brother, Richard Miller of Edinboro, Pa.
The funeral service will be held at Orangeville United Methodist Church at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. preceding the service.
Burial will be in Orangeville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the memorial fund of Orangeville United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 67, Orangeville, OH 44453.
