The engagement and upcoming marriage of Asha L. Kumar and Adam S. Gregory are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Dr. and Mrs. Ashok Kumar of Howland.
Parents of the groom-elect are Timothy and Lynn Gregory of Howland.
Miss Kumar is a 1996 graduate of the Ohio Center for Broadcasting in Cleveland, with a degree in radio and television broadcasting. She is employed at Time Warner Cable as a sales and service representative.

Mr. Gregory is a graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design, with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, majoring in photography. He owns and operates Adam Gregory Photography in downtown Warren.
The couple will be married during a private wedding ceremony on Sept. 28, 2012, at City Hall in Warren.
