WARREN - Theodora A. Booze, 47, of Warren, entered peacefully into eternal rest at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren following a lengthy illness.
Theodora was born Oct. 29, 1964, in Warren, the daughter of Joseph and Carol Rose Slogic, and was a resident of Warren for one year, formerly of Leavittsburg.
She was a 1983 graduate of LeBrae High School, and was employed with First Place Bank as a loan specialist.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Parish in Newton Falls.
Theodora enjoyed cross stitching and reading in her spare time, and also had a great love for her cats and animals.
On Sept. 8, 1990, Theodora was united into marriage with Troy W. Booze and had shared 22 loving years together.
Her memory will be remembered and celebrated by those she leaves behind, her parents, Joseph and Carol Slogic of Braceville; husband, Troy W. Booze; son, Tyler W. Booze, and daughter, Virginia A. Booze, both at home; and a sister, Tami Green of Warren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; and father, Lawrence Theodore "Willie" Willworth.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Vienna.
