VIENNA - Allegiant Air announced increases in the number of passengers, its revenue per passenger miles and available seat miles during July when compared with the same time in 2011.
However, the number of departures and its load factor declined last month, when compared to July 2011.
The number of scheduled passengers that flew on the airline in July was 667,119 compared to 639,789 in 2011, representing a 4.3 percent increase.
Revenue passenger miles increased 7.2 percent, $622,840,000 in July compared to $581,105,000 in July 2011.
The available seat miles increased 668,648,000 in July compared to 622,970,000 , a 7.3 percent increase.
The travel airline, which has a dispatch site at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, had revenue decline of 2.8 percent.
