Harold L. Lambert 1940-2012

GARRETTSVILLE - Harold L. Lambert, 72, of Garrettsville and formerly of Windham, died at 4:24 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Harold was born June 2, 1940, in Millcreek, W.Va., the son of Otford and Belva Taylor Lambert.

He had been a rail installer with WCI Corp. and was a member of the First Assembly of the Pentecostal Church in Braceville.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Ruth Fortney Lambert; sons, Sammy Lambert of Charlotte, N.C., Danny Lambert of Newton Falls, Phillip Lambert of Southington, Mark Lambert of Southington, Jerry Fincham of Garrettsville and Todd Fincham of Stow; daughters, Christine Stier of Daytona, Fla., Angela Bartlett of Braceville, Dena Martin of Windham, Luanne Scott of Orwell and Andrea Apthorpe of Windham; brothers, Junior Lambert of Windham, Howard Lambert of Ravenna, Johnny Lambert of Parsons, W.Va., Tommy Lambert of Millcreek, W.Va., Merritt Lambert of Hurricane, W.Va., and Randy Lambert of Elkins, W.Va.; sisters, Betty Kerns of Windham, Rosalee Channell of Maryland, Dottie Burns of Brookpark, Carolyn Channell of Elkins, W.Va., Joellen Bennett of Millcreek, W.Va., and Joyce Haney of Elkins, W.Va.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Assembly of the Pentecostal Church in Braceville, where the family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m.

Burial will follow in Windham Township Cemetery in Windham.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, Warren.
