WARREN - Carolyn Joyce Haines, 80, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born in Marion, the daughter of James M. and Pauline Conkle Creager Sr.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and watching sports.

Surviving are daughter, Suzie (Dan) D'Alio; son, Steve (Robin) Haines; granddaughters, Tiffany (Larry) Infante and Abby and Gina D'Alio; grandsons, Branden (Rebecca) and Joshua Haines; great-granddaughter, Mia Infante; great-grandsons, Landen Infante and Jack, Benjamin, Henry and Oliver Haines; a sister, Jackie (Troy) Evans; a brother, James (Marilyn) M. Creager Jr.; and a sister-in-law, Marilyn (Frank) Sylvester.
She was preceded in death by husband, Richard L. Haines, whom she married May 13, 1956, and who died April 21, 2004; and her brother, Richard Creager.
Calling hours are 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McFarland and Son Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Bernard Schmalzried officiating.
