NEW MIDDLETOWN - Deborah L. McRae, 54, passed away Tuesday morning, Aug. 31, 2012, at Hospice House with her loving family by her side.
Debbie was born Sept. 20, 1957, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Beverly Lundy Weiser and was a lifelong member of the area.
She was employed by Delphi as a laborer for more than four years.
Debbie was a graduate of Chaney High School, a member of the Army & Navy Garrison 422 and enjoyed collecting bears.
Debbie leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Jack W. McRae III, whom she married on her birthday in 2004. She also is survived by her parents of Youngstown; sons, James (Stacey) Simkins of North Jackson and Michael Simkins of Austintown; a daughter, Sarah (Steven) McRae of Austintown; sisters, Sandy (Dan) Balog of Youngstown, Kim (Albert) Baumgarter of North Jackson and Cindy (Peter) Babb of Naples, Fla.; a brother, Joseph (Brenda) Weiser of Austintown; grandchildren, Jayden Riley McRae, Marley Mae McRae, Kaleb Simkins, Angel Simkins, Maggie Simkins, James Beau Simkins and Alexandra Marie Simkins; her mother-in-law, Mary Reid; and her very dear friends, O'Ryan and Savannah Majors
Services will be 11 a.m. today at The McCauley Funeral Home. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9 to 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
