WARREN A 24-year-old Campbell man, who police said just was released from prison earlier in the week, was in Trumbull County Jail after leading Weathersfield and Warren police on a chase Saturday until a tire on the pickup truck he was in went flat.
Patrick Weaver of Gordon Avenue, was being held on charges of robbery, receiving stolen property, assault on a police officer and failure to comply with police orders.
Weathersfield police said Weaver is accused of assaulting a man at a laundromat in Mineral Ridge shortly after midnight.
He was stopped on Austin Avenue S.W.
