AUSTINTOWN - Mildred M. Foley Leighty, 83, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at home.
Millie was born Dec. 4, 1928, in Youngstown, the daughter of Alphonsus and Margaretta McCurdy Foley.
She retired from Save A Step in Austintown and was a member of Smith Corners United Methodist Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Kathy Montgomery of Austintown, Peggy Allan of Howland, Mary Jo Judy of Austintown and Jeannie Bindas of Mineral Ridge; two brothers, Art Foley of North Carolina and Zeno Foley of Austintown; one sister, Pat Kendig of Canfield, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Leighty, three sisters, five brothers and a sibling at child birth.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Lane Family Funeral Homes Austintown Chapel.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
