St. Pat’s annual festival planned

PARISH PLANS ANNUAL FESTIVAL: The 54th annual St. Patrick Parish Festival will be held Thursday to Saturday at the parish grounds, 225 N. Main St., Hubbard. The festival will include food, games, entertainment, bingo, rides and raffle drawings. Festival hours are 6 to 11 p.m. Thursday, 6 p.m. to midnight Friday, 5 to 12 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 11 p.m. Sunday.

LIBRARY TO HOLD FINALE PARTY: The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. N.W, will hold its summer reading program finale party at 1 p.m. Wednesday. All summer reading program participants ages 3 to 12 are invited. There will be games, crafts and snacks. Registration is required at 330-399-8807, Ext. 401.

GROUP TO WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE: ''A Walk Down Memory Lane'' will be held at noon Saturday at the Leavittsburg Heritage Museum, 4901 W. Market St., Leavittsburg. The museum features school pictures and memorabilia. There will be music and food, and attendees can bring lawn chairs. The Leavittsburg High School reunion for classes of 1959 to 1979 will be held Friday and Saturday. The museum will be open Saturday for tours. Donation of items is being accepted.

JUGGLING WORKSHOP SET: Oh Wow! Roger and Gloria Jones Children's Center for Science and Technology in Youngstown will hold a juggling workshop hosted by performer Jeff Raz at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Raz, a lifelong clown, actor and teacher, will showcase his talents. Registration is required for the program. The juggling workshop and performance is $2 for members and $10 for non-members. Children participating must be at least 5. To register, call 330-744-5914.

SCHOOL SUPPLY GIVEAWAY: Emmanuel Community Care Center will be distributing school supplies to children and their families registered at the center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 15. Those needing school supplies can call 330-545-4301 by Friday. Those who can donate school supplies are asked to do so by Aug. 8. School supplies needed are paper, notebooks, scissors, glue, markers, colored pencils and sharpeners.
