WARREN - Frances Black, 72, entered peacefully into rest at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012, at her residence following a lengthy illness.
Frances was born March 19, 1940, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Allen and Minion Simpson Black, and was a lifetime Youngstown area resident.
She was a 1958 graduate of South High School and was an office manager for the Visiting Nurses for 35 years.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, and is preceded in death by her parents, a brother and three sisters.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor Gina Thornton. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
