Mr. and Mrs. David A. Bevan of Warren are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kathryn Laraine Bevan, to Louis Edward Rovegno, son of Louis M. Rovegno of Whiting, N.J., and the late Lisa M. Varillas.
Ms. Bevan is a 2008 graduate of Kent State University with a master's degree in recreation sports management and a 2006 graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She is employed as recruiting manager at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
Mr. Rovegno is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in business administration in finance. He is employed as an information technology consultant at West Virginia University.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held on Oct. 27, 2012, at the Summit Inn in Farmington, Pa. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to be held at the Summit's Edison Ballroom.
