WARREN - The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for northeast Trumbull County and Ashtabula County in effect until 1:45 p.m.
A storm has been reported 16 miles south of Jefferson, Ashtabula County, and moving east at 45 mph, according to the Trumbull 911 dispatch. Kinsman appears to be in the storm's path.
