The engagement and upcoming marriage of Kelley Lynn Cassidy and Vincenzo Arnaldo Franco are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Cassidy of Niles.
Parents of the groom-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Arnaldo Franco of Howland.
Miss Cassidy is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and Youngstown State University, with a bachelor's degree in education. She is self-employed.

Mr. Franco is a graduate of Howland High School. He is employed in sales at Stadium GM in Salem.
The couple will be united in marriage at a wedding ceremony to be held Aug. 3, 2012, at Howland United Methodist Church. Formal invitations will be issued for the ceremony and evening reception.
