Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Cooper celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at a celebration hosted by their children and grandchildren on May 26, 2012.
The former Cecilia Altiere and Ralph Cooper were married in Hubbard at St. Patrick's Church on May 24, 1952. They are members of St. Patrick's Church in Hubbard.
The couple have six children, Stephen Cooper of Cortland; David Cooper, Kathryn Sarisky and Paula Rubinec of Hubbard; Joan Cooper of Fort Myers, Fla., and Linda Brightwell of Atlanta. They also have 11 grandchildren.

Ralph and Cecilia owned a television business and gift shop in Hubbard before retiring in 1995. They still live in Hubbard and stay active in organizations such as the Hubbard Historical Society and St. Patrick's Senior Citizen Group.
