The engagement and upcoming marriage of Emily Colleen Strohmeyer and Joseph Daniel Datchuk are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Regis and Patricia Strohmeyer of McDonald.
Parents of the groom-elect are Joseph and Mimi Datchuk of Girard.
Miss Strohmeyer is a 2009 graduate of the University of Mount Union with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a 2010 graduate of Youngstown State University with a master's degree in business administration. She is an accountant at Carbis Walker in New Castle, Pa.

Mr. Datchuk is a 2001 graduate of Hiram College with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a 2005 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law with a juris doctorate. He is an attorney at the Cadle Company in Newton Falls.
The couple will be united in marriage at a ceremony at 2 p.m. Sept. 15, 2012, at St. Mary's Church in Mineral Ridge. Invitations will be issued for the wedding and reception at 6 p.m. at the Corinthian in Sharon, Pa.
