Philip and Barb Carlon of Boardman are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Brooke R. Carlon, to Brad P. Vaughn, son of Dale and Colleen Vaughn of Howland.
Miss Carlon graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor of science degree in marketing. She is employed by Forest Pharmaceutical.
Mr. Vaughn graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy. He is employed by Rite Aid Pharmacy.
