CORTLAND - Ann Fender, 90, died at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012, in Cortland Health Care.
She was born Oct. 15, 1921, in Warren, a daughter of Eli Bogotin and Mary Tish Bogotin.
Ann retired as secretary and co-owner of Fender's Drain Service, where she worked for more than 40 years.
She was a member of Holy Resurrection Romanian Orthodox Church, craft chairman for Christian Women's Club and had been the craft director at Imperial Nursing Home and did volunteer work for meals on wheels.
Ann enjoyed sewing and gardening.
Survivors include daughters Patricia ''Pat'' (Peter) Marchese of Farmdale and Donna (Donald) Guerra of Warren; grandchildren Laura (Jim) LaConte, Lynette Halbert, Janice (Nick) Schneider, Tony (Jennifer) Marchese, Jennifer (Michael) Shafran and Don Jr. (Kim) Guerra; 13 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Loretta ''Lee'' (Jim) Campbell of Florida.
Deceased are her parents; her husband, Victor ''Vic'' Fender; two brothers, Charles and John ''Bogie'' Bogotin; and three sisters, Eleanore Craciun, Betty Jones and Sylvia Schecodnic-Parker.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Resurrection Romanian Orthodox Church with Fr. James Barkett officiating. Friends may call an hour prior to services at the church.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
