AUSTINTOWN - Angeline "Gail" Hlasta, 94, formerly of Liberty, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, at The Humility House in Austintown.
She was born Jan. 1, 1918, in McIntyre, Pa., the daughter of Josef and Louisa Zora Slack.
She had worked for the government during World War II and was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Youngstown.

Survivors include a daughter, Beverly Perri; a son, Dennis Hlasta; two sisters, Louise and Millie; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Hlasta Sr.; a son, Chester P. Hlasta Jr.; a brother; and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday at Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
Family will receive relatives and friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Belmont Park Cemetery.
