AMARILLO, Texas - Betty MacKendrick, 90, formerly of Johnston, died Friday, April 27, 2012.
She was born Oct. 5, 1921.
Survivors include five children, Carol Taylor of Leavittsburg, Patricia Alden of Pharr, Texas, Betty Jean Smith of Amarillo, Carl "Bo" MacKendrick of Hubbard and Raymond MacKendrick of Windham; 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Blockinger of Austintown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl J., and a grandson.
There will be no services.
A private memorial service will be held at a later time in Ohio.
Cox Funeral Home in Amarillo handled arrangements.
