The engagement and upcoming marriage of Stacy N. Strickland and Joseph J. Kellar are being announced by the families of both parties, mother and stepfather of groom-elect Tracey and Wayne Murphy of Champion, and mother and stepfather of the bride-elect, Sherry and Rodney Kohn of Warren and father and stepmother Stanley and Pamela Strickland of Niles.
Miss Strickland is a 2009 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She is employed by AT&T.
Mr. Kellar is a 2006 graduate of Champion High School. He is employed by DirecTV.
